hi everyone!!!
I wasn't in touch with you guys for a while but I'm back..
I would like to ask for advice in my specific situation 15 August we
submit papers foe exchange status. in 2003 we passed 12 months waiting
for INS called us for interview . We haven't heard from them from
December 2002. when I got my work authorization card. I started work in
January but when I pass NCLEX-RN my next job as a RN in New Haven. I
like my job and I enjoy to be a Nurse and live in this country. lately
I'm concern about our case nothing happens any letter any approved
notice from INS and my work authorization permit will expired prety soon
5 December time going so quickly. I don't want stay without job
especially were is so much needs for nurses. My husband is very
optimistic and more patient I'm not I"m not trust INS and for him is
just pice of paper for me is be or not to be . We love each other very
much but ideas are different We were trying go ins local office
personally in July but we were told that if is not 1 year after
application was submitted so we were turned back... almost at the
entrance but we decided stayed and wait to speak with someone , but ins
officer didn't give any further information except that we have to wait
1 year ... (we lost 6 hours waiting in Hartford local ofice...thats was
the end...visit) almost at the begining and with patience we waited
until we pass magic date 1 year..but nothing happened. I was for a while
on top visa marriage when this process started I got some good
advices...I hope in this time I will not be disapointed ....? I
didn't do nothing wrong I was here all my time legal tourist visa after
before my tourist visa expired I applied for student visaat mean time
I got married .What should I do? wait with patience I had called a few
times to custumer service and assked for status my case I got just
letter status inquiry in which all information are correct.
