What should I do
Please, anyone replying to this, email me at [email protected].
I have been married for three years this March 14, 2004. My wife passed her
interview last September but they told her that she needed more documents.
Last month I went over there to vistit. I brought my arrival pictures and my
plane ticket receipt to the Embassy, and as you would know, no one had time
to talk to me, so i just gave the documents to the visa section and left.
All they would tell me is that they have until this coming September
to -relook at the paperwork. My problem is , is there any visa's I can apply
for that will get her over here with me while they complete the paperwork
from where she lives now? Clyde

This is against the concept of what newsgroup discussions are about.

What documents did they want in September? I don't see how the plane
ticket and pictures from last month would be considered as evidence they
wanted in September. There is no visa that YOU can apply for that will
get HER to the US. She can apply for a B-2, but consider they haven't
issued her a K-3 or IR-1 (which did she apply for?) in the past 6
months, I doubt they are going to give her a B-2 (visitor's) visa.
If she is from a VWP country, then she could try entering without a
visa, but there would be a presumption that she has immigrant intent and
that is not consistent with using a B-2 visa or the Visa Waiver Program.
