Hi, I'm new in this things, and I get confused when I see something like
this:
Timeline TSC
NOA1 January 15th
NOA2 June 19th (Online Status)
NOA2 Letter received June 23rd
NVC Letter recieved July 2nd (dated 30th June)
Packet 3 received July 10th
Returned IV-15 July 21st (Delayed due to being in the USA when it arrived)
Interview date received July 25th
Interview date September 2nd
And does anybody know how long it will take to get approved through LA
center?
And if you don't mind one more question: What exactly I have to send to INS
at my first request for K-1 visa? What forms and what proof of meeting with
my fiance?
Thank you.

NOA... notice of action
noa1 is first notice telling you that they have received your application...
noa2 is approval/nonapproval of your application
TSC, NSC, VSC,... texas, nebraska, vermont, ect... = service centers
NVC = national visa center
Packets are usually apps. and documents sent to your fiance/spouse from foreign
consulate/embasy
Interview dates are the date scheduled by consulate/embasy for your
fiance/spouse for visa
There are many websites where you can find what you need to send to INS, known
as BCIS now. This is address of BCIS website:
http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/...orms/index.htm
They have all the forms you will need for download. You will need I-129F and 2
sets of G-325A which will be 8 copies in all. 1 set for you and 1 set for your
fiance. Each set contains 4 copies. The I-129 will have instruction sheets
and will tell you about pictures and records you will need to send them. You
will need Adobe Acrobat reader for these. You can download it there also. You
will need acrobat reader for many other sites also. Once you download your
forms, you will have more questions to ask for sure. This Newsgroup is just
about the best place I have found for answers.
Anything you have to prove you have met is good; pictures of the two of you,
airline tickets, passport copies, telephone/phone cards, letters, e-mails,
etc...
Ask anything you want to on here. Or if you want you can e-mail me. I am not
an official authority, but have been through that phase already and will help
you find the answers if you need me to. You are heading down a long bumpy
road, but it will be worth it. Good luck and may love prevail.

The I-129F in your case would be handled by the Texas Service Center. You can get the address from the www.immigration.gov site.
