In an EB2 case, when is the latest time to get married so that both the applicant and
the spouse can get the greencards together without delaying the process as if the
applicant is single.

To accomplish the above, for the adjustment of status process, marriage must occur
before the I-485s are filed. For consular immigrant visa processing, marriage must
occur before the Packet 3 reply is sent.
