What happens afterwards appeal with BIA?
Due to the recent changes of the Board of Immigration Appeals I hear
that the time and quality with which they process all appeal claims is
going to go down.
My question is: Does anyone know what happens in case of a NEGATIVE
response from the BIA? Do they really PHYSICALLY deport anyone? Can
you appeal at a higher court like a Federal Court or is that the end
of the road??
