what forms should i file now?

me and my fiance who came to the US two months ago will be getting
married in two days. We live in California. Now i need to make sure
what forms to file. do i have to file the financial documents with
this? If someone can help me in this, that would be wonderful. We
have three more weeks. how long does it take to recieve the marriage
certificate?
