What to do??
I came to the usa on the visa waiver programme, and over stayed my visa. i then married a us citizen and am now pregnant with his baby and do not want to go back! HELP! What can i do????

File the I-130 and I-485 at your local INS office. Do not leave the US
until you rceive Advance Parole after filing I-131 (all forms can be
filed at the same time I believe). Overstays by spouses of US citizens
are generally
forgiven. Check these steps with someone more knowledgable about the
process first. I did not file this way myself. Start posting in
alt.us.visa.marriage-based. Many posters there have done this
