We have our Visa!
My fiance had her interview 10/23/02. Received visa same day in
Ecuador. Here is our time line.
07/13/02 mailed I129f TSC
07/14/02 first NOA
07/15/02 approved via telephone
07/16/02 received second NOA in mail
07/17/02 interview date received
07/18/02 interview and visa issued
Good luck to all those waiting on Moscow and others. Thanks for all

Still, I'm amazed that you sent in your petition (on July 13) and received approval AND the interview date ONLY 4 DAYS LATER (by July 17). How did you do that?!?!
Damn, I mailed in our petition to VSC 5 days ago and haven't even gotten the return receipt on it yet...

I am sure I have read somewhere in this forum recently, that the forum itself has a bug that prevents dates being shown correctly.. I will try to find the old posting

That's funny. Your dates are almost the exact same as my fiance who is
from Nicaragua. (My first NOA was on the same day and the interview
was on the same day.) She ended up getting the actual visa on the
24th. Your post seems to confirm to me that they are not doing special
security checks after the interview. (At least for Central/South
America.) I will post my details tomorrow. Congrats!
