We got our interview date! (DCF in Australia)
I've mostly been a lurker here (just 1 or 2 posts), but wanted to share our
news. Just got off the phone with my fiancee who is in Australia, and our notice of interview just arrived :) We're doing the DCF process, which is actually (at least so far) pretty painless, given that she lives in Australia (well, painless to me - not to her, since she had to get a "heap" of vaccinations). Took about 2-3 weeks after we sent in the DS230 Pt 1 and the "Notice of Readiness for Interview). Our interview is set for May 27 (which is when we requested it, as we are getting married on May 25). Hopefully we'll have the same easy experience that we've read about from other people doing it this way. Jeff (USC) and Debbie (Aussie) (aka Crocodile Blondee ;)) |

Congratulations from one Aussie/US couple (we went the K1 route) to
another and best wishes for your interview!! "Jeff Thaw" wrote in message news:... > I've mostly been a lurker here (just 1 or 2 posts), but wanted to share our > news.
