this is our timeline
1st noa
June 23, 2003
online approval Noa Nov 25 date approved Nov 24th
received the noa in mail Nov 28 with a holiday in the middle
received Dec 1st at the NVC
sent to Juarez , Mexico
Dec 3
I emailed the consulate and they say I have to wait until contacted so
now waiting on the consulate to contact us

if it's any comfort it took the consulate about 1 week to mail us our "appointment letter" even though no appointment is needed...you go anytime M-F from 8-10AM for the interview...they will send a letter to your fiance in Mexico and one to you (mail is quicker in the US)....it took about 1 week from the time they mailed it to receive the letter...
if you call the NVC back they should be able to tell you your CDJ number which is the number the consulate tracks you by at Cd. Juarez...if you can email the consulate that case number every couple days or so...they should be able to tell you when your P3 will be mailed...they did tell us that
