I'm new in this forum,and I got one short question.Is it possible to file for AoS being in the USA under VWP(let's say I got married past the legal 90day period) ? ? ?

Yes, you may marry and file for AOS. The question really should be whether or not you will be successfull in adjusting status. I hope you have the funds to pay for a good attorney, you will likely need one. Talk to an attorney before filing.

Just wanted to put something in bold here. We do not know if the OP is currently outside or inside the USA.

It is illegal to use the VWP (or visitor's visa) to enter the USA with the intent to remain and adjust status.
