I don't understand why the wait has to be so long. One of the advantages, or so we thought, with choosing the Fiancee Visa over the Spousal Visa was the time frame. If they take so long, then what is the point of this.
So frustrating. And all very unnecessary.
They need to get their act together. Be honest about the waiting time.

In fairness to the system it is there to stop those who chose to scam and enter under a blanket of lies and deceipt, the security checks are there for a reason, but undoubtedly slow all these applications down.
I think those of us using Vermont should be thankful they dont perform as badly as Nebraska or other areas, my heart feels for those poor souls.

Another check cashed on the 13th! I guess they went to the bank on
Friday. My k-1 was received on December 3.
Let's hope the first NOA's start rolling in soon!

Try writing to your local congressman or senator!! They can check on the case for u and maybe speed things along. good luck!
