Default VSC - no response for K1?

Does anybody know why there is no response from VSC for K1. Our first NOA is on 8 October 2002 but we haven't heard from them.

Should I be worried?

Thanks.

Thanks. I am really beginning to worry because people who have applied after me, have got the approval.

Good luck to you too.

I called yesterday with little responce. They simply said that there was a backlog of applications when I mentioned that others have been approved with dates after my own, I was told that if an adjudicator takes leave then their work load is not re assigned.

I was also told that it is unusual for an application not to be resolved in 60 days and that the best thing to do was to keep looking at the online status.

Well worth the hour on hold and the 120 re dials before i got connected !!!!

I am waiting since September 24 with VSC. There excuse is that the security check is taking now much longer and they still don't have enough people who are trained to do so. Four weeks - same story.

It's now 79 days ans still waiting for NOA2.
Anybody who applied in September ?

I received my NOA1 on 17th October. Nothing since, so I guess your NOA2 is some way down the line,
