VSC 2nd NOA
Here is my timeline:
App. sent on 10/01/02
VSC recieves application on 10/03/02
1st NOA dated 10/07/02
2nd NOA 11/18/02 approval date.
appeared online and automated service at the center on 11/19/02
awaiting actual approval by mail now.
Consulate is Damascus, Syria.
I am so excited and relieved, i feel we're halfway through this agonizing
journey, now God give us strength for the second half and the destination!
