received confirmation july 30th 2007 they received my i-751 app
my orginial biometrics dated i missed i was in the uk and it ended up being 3 weeks later approx end of sept

received approval email today march 5th 2008

i assume they are processing august applications who made it to the biometrics on time

That's cool. Wonder why they don't update the processing times on the USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Pro...viceCenter=VSC)

This still says that currently they are processing applications filed in Marc 2007. Obviously people who have after much after that are getting approved.

The posted processing time should always show their goal time of 6 months, or the oldest case still on the shelf.
That IS the updated processing time. If yours is done before that, yippee!

For the last few weeks, the timeframe shown on the USCIS website was March 2007. And now they have changed it to February 2007. How does that work?

That works because they probably unearthed an older file sitting at the bottom of a stack of files. The processing dates either show an intended goal of adjudication, or it shows the oldest file on the shelf. Looks like they found a file older than March.

Here is my timeframe from California service center I -751 processing.

1.02/20/2008 petition received.
2. 03/06/2008 biometrics taken.
3.05/30/2008 card production ordered.No interview.
4.current status:Waiting for permanent green card in the mail.

Wow...what's wrong VSC. My petition was received in Oct 07 and fingerprinting done in Dec 07. No word since then.
