Visiting US while I130 is being processed
I am sponsoring my parents to get greencard and have some questions:
1) After I130 is filed, can the applicants come to US using B2 visa before the
greencard is approved?
2) Would they be denied entry or is there any impact to the I130 application.
3) Can a I130 applicant come to US, file I485 for AOS, and then stay in US for
AOS approval?
Thanks

They can come to visit, but they should have a lot of proof that they intend to
return home, since a pending I-130 shows immigrant intent.

Mostly not, they would simply be refused entry and have to return home

No - they must wait until the I-130 is approved. If they had legally been in the US,
they could have filed the I-130 and I-485 together at their local INS office, but
since the I-130 is already filed, this is no longer doable. Take Care. Shelley
