to process applications. Those who sent their petitions like after mid of March

March 2nd, 2002: USC Fiancee sent the I129 F petition. March 11, 2002: 1st NOA

those information were told to my USC fiancee when she called to ask why her petition
has taken so long, and they told her the info i posted. also Matt Udall posted those
info on his website.
