USCIS address change for petitioner/sponsor
Hi everyone,
I have a query regarding notifying USCIS, when changing address. I know that as a beneficiary, with no pending cases (I have CPR), I submit form AR-11, to USCIS, within 10 days of changing address. My wife (the sponsor), submits form I-865 to USCIS.
I read some info (below) from a previous thread and I just wanted to be sure that submitting the AR-11 and I-865, would be sufficient.
Keep in mind that the AR-11 may not actually change your address in the USCIS database. I payed recently on how to change your address with USCIS. However, if you don't have any ongoing applications, it's not that urgent..
thanks

Correct. If you don't have any pending case at the moment, AR-11 and I-865 are enough. When it comes time to file your I-751 to remove conditions, you'll just use your new address on that application.
