bonlivre2008t is an unknown quantity at this point
Default usc spouse does not have passport

but usc has birth certificate. is that sufficient for the uscis i130? the instructions says:
birth certificate.
unexpired us passport.

To my knowledge, the USC just has to prove they are a USC, and the birth certificate would be enough for that, yes.
