Hi
Thought someone may be able to offer some advice,
I am an Australian on a tourist visa and am considering marrying my US
partner today in the US.We were considering doing DCF in Sydney and
have paperwork in for this however the application was only good for
12months and this time expires Dec04.It has been during this visit
that we have decided we do want to be together We would not get to
Sydney to have interview nor have one organised etc.

Does anyone know if you can reapply to DCF if you have had an
application lapse/expire.
If we went ahead and married would it adversely affect visa
applications,there was no intent to marry during this visit.
