Yup lpdiver----and watch out on rec.scuba----there is someone on there
that works for State and openly admits he "has an obligation to report
US Citizens that talk about going down to Cuba."

Out of curiousity Why would you choose to marry in Colombia? My
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0wife is
Colombian and we married there. However, Colombia does not
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0perform DCF
for non residents anymore, so I am curious why the jump through =A0 the
hoops for a Colombian venue. My wife does have a friend who
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0married a
Cuban here in the states.
