US immigration lawyer in Buenos Aires
I am an American citizen recently married to an Argentinean. We have applied for a
K-3 spouse visa, but my wife was denied the visa because she must abide by the 2-year
residency requirement of a J-1 visa that she used to study in the States. We are
looking for a lawyer in Buenos Aires that can help us get a "no objection" letter
from the Argentina government.
Can anybody recommend a lawyer in Buenos Aires that has expertise with U.S.
immigration law?
