Question US Citizen/Permanent Resident Marriage/Visa

Hi,

I have a few questions that I hope you can help me with.

A Permanent Resident Petitions his son from China and has been given a Priority Date. The Permanent Resident then Naturalizes into a Citizen. The son is over 21 and unmarried. Since the Permanent Resident has become a Citizen, the son should be able to travel to the US and immediately. But now the son wants to get married.

My questions are:

1) Can the Petitioner notify INS and add the son's wife to the previous petition or does he have to file a new one?

2) If the Petitioner files a new Petition, can the son's wife's priority date be set to the same as the son's?

3) How long would it take before the son and his wife can come to the United States?

Thanks

Ray
