urgent-question re-forms required at actual AOS interview
Hello there,
We have our interview for AOS on Monday at 7.30 in the morning.
I have one question for anyone who would be kind enough to answer asap.
With regard to the affidavit of support, the main form and accompanying
evidence was sent in with the original AOS application.
The list of requirements just asks us to bring in the employment verification
and tax filing details and copies once again.
We are not supposed to bring in another affidavit form also are we, as they
will already have that?

If you still with the same job, no need to make another I-864. But bear in mind....bring the PHOTOCOPIES of everything that you've sent coz' sometimes they doesn't have it in the file or lost it, specially I-864.
Even they only asked you to bring few things, specially tax returns....they always want to see any documents that have both of your names in it such as utilities bills, phone bills, lease or rental and joint accounts.
And do not forget to bring pictures of both of you in few occassions. Its also advisable to take two ADIT pictures (just in case).
