Default urgent help pls - B1 visa rejection effect l1b individual visa

Greetings All,

I was rejected a b1 visa during december '05. I had to go to US
for training but, I guess the officer was doubtful and I was rejected
with "potential immigrant (214(b))" clause. My company have applied for
a
premium L1b individual in this year as I have to go there and handle a
project. Is my b1 rejection going to affect this one?

what to tell to the visa officer if he asks why ur visa has been been
rejected last time?.pls give me advice

If the officer asks why your visa was rejected last time, I would tell him the truth. The officer was doubtful about your intent. My guess is the this officer will be able to see your records anyway, and will know ahead of time why it was rejected. Never lie to an immigration officer.

Best Wishes,
Rene

Unlikely, as you are allowed to have immigrant intent with an L-1B.

As always when dealing with US immigration, tell the truth without
saying any more than necessary. He should already have it in his
records, but if you're asked say what you say above.
