Upgrade I-130
When I filed I-130 for my wife I was a legal permanent resident.
I recently became a U.S. citizen and filed I-129F for K3/4.
How do I upgrade I-130?
Thank you.

Was the I-130 approved? Or is still sitting in SC limbo? Where do YOU live?
Need more facts.

Re: Upgrade I-130
Both I-130s (one for my wife and another one for our newborn daughter)
wasn't approved yet.
I live in NY, so petitions are in VSC.
