My husband received his interview date - Nov 23, but does not have his police certificate yet. This has been an expedited case for medical reasons, so I guess that is why they informed me by email and said they'd send him information in the post. They mentioned the medical exam but nothing about the police certificate, do they not require it if you're taking the I-130 route and have been living in the US on a K3 visa?

Anyway, he did apply for the police certificate, but we just haven't received it yet and won't know if we'll receive it before the interview. How long is it taking people to receive theirs lately?
