Unfair DOL!!!
LC processing for employment-based green card has been stuck since
April 2001. Bloody unfair DOL should start at least a parallel
processing of LC applications, mostly lodged by the latino refugees
(amnesty) and the IT people. It seems DOL DOES prefer refugees over IT
professionals!!! A crazy policy!!!
