I have looked on here and found some topics which can apply to me, but my caution was a little more serious, I was charged with a caution of sexual assault, nothing I am proud of and have dealt with the guilt ever since. I was just wondering the likelihood of getting Visa, I going to America for less than 90 days and everything, except the mentioned crime my record is clean, I am only going there for a 2 weeks holiday.

Any help is massively appreciated.

That means you need to apply for a B tourist visa at the US embassy. If you never apply, your chances of getting the visa are zero. If you apply, you might have SOME chance, not sure what percentage though. You'll have to bring arrest records, police records, and court records to the visa interview.

How long ago was the caution? Either way, a caution is not always a show stopper for a visa. They may not even be concerned about the caution as it is not the same as a conviction.

It was nearly two years ago, it migh not be a show stopper. But I do worry alot about these things, I haven't been in any trouble since then or prior to that actually.
