Nope, Tylenol is not Aspirin-based. As noted above, Tylenol is acetaminophen/paracetamol. Aspirin is Aspirin-based (acetylsalicylic acid). Acetaminophen is not high on the list of stomach-upset culprits, but some people are very sensitive and you will find "upset stomach" on the potential side-effect list of virtually every oral medication.

will stick to good old paracetamol and heat patches.......

What is weird is that Tylenol upsets my stomach too, but I can use the tablets from the Netherlands actually called 'paracetamol' without problems.

Look at the inactive ingredients. Each manufacturer puts different ingredients in so it could be one of those that is causing problems.

I think sometimes capsules upset stomachs more than tablets, or is it the other way around? Either way it could be what's added to the paracetamol to bind it or the capsules themselves not the drugs, IYSWIM.
