My wife, after having introduced the i130 through DCF in US Consulate
- Venezuela, she was told to get a full time job in the US which is
above the poverty guide line ($15150 anual income), among other
requirements...
So she moved to the US but it is getting quite difficult to find a job
like that... she got a full time job but it is below the poverty guide
line... and found another job, part time... so now she has 2 jobs... 1
full time, 1 part time... and if she could add both jobs income she
could easilly be my sponsor.
My question is: Can she be my affidavit support by submitting both
jobs as her anual income... i mean adding the earnings of the two
jobs?.... is that possible?... have you heard a situation like
this?...
Other notes: she asked a lawyer and he told her that she could if she
declares taxes on both jobs... we don't trust lawyers so we are
looking towards more information, an cases... if not we will finally
have to ask the consulate directly.
Thanks..

V-U,
Your wife should show her total income on her I-864, whether its from 1 job or 10.
