I don't understand TSC. If they claim that they are processing those
cases with receipt dates 10/11/02, how come we are not seeing on this
forum any 2nd NOA? My notice date is 10/16 and I was hoping to see
approvals on those cases before me. I am not sure if INS understands
that our life is on hold because of their mediocre performance. I am
spending the weekend with a broken spirit again. I missed my fiencee
very much.

Welcome to the TSC fan club! We're being told more and more to ignore the dates given on the websites. They're not issued by the Service Centres, but by INS HQ, which makes no sense whatsoever! (How can these people say what dates the SC's are working on if they themselves aren't there? ) The only consolation I can offer is that our NOA date was 09/18/02, and on the site, it said they were processing dates of 09/11/02. That was about a month ago, and we were approved while the dates remained on 09/11/02. Chin up! It'll happen! (Usually when you least expect it!!! )

Obviously, they are not really processing any K-1 I-129F petitions at
all. They just updated the processing dates to get our hopes up for a
week.

My notice date is 9-27 and I have no 2nd notice. They are full of crap

Yes, this has been my theory. I think the onlypeople seeing approvals are those who are calling congressman or going through attorneys. People not pushing are not seeing results. That may be the problem.
