Hello all,

I used to follow this website several years ago when I was engaged to
foreign national. We never married; he never made it to the country.

I have a c ouple of questions. I dont recall if I ever officially
ended the K-1 application the last time. we filed in 1999 and i quit
following in 2000-1) I just stopped checkiing on it. I guess since
there was an attorney involved he should know. Do i have to do
anything else?

I have met another person. He is a British Citizen and a Algerian
national. He has visited the usa twice and I will go and see him soon
in UK.

If we do decide that we are great couple, which is easier ( shorter
wait for being together and for EAD), K-1 or Foreign Spouse ??

I have assumed from reading that K-1 is faster since AOS for foreign
spouse has a waiting list of years .

Can some answer these for me?

And...I can see that the people here are still as helpful as ever...
