Default Travelling with fiance visa, pls help.

Hi
Can we travel to other country before entering in US, once the fiance visa is stamped on the passport? Is there any travel restrictions for fiance visa holder?
Thanks in advance
Jameson.

The K-1 Visa is good only for entry to the US for the purpose of marriage and remaining to adjust status to permanent resident.

It has no meaning to any other country and will not deter you from entry.

Just to add to what Rete said, the K-1 visa is good for only *one* entry to the US... so you can't enter the US, leave, and enter again on the K-1 visa.

Some people do go have a "pre-honeymoon" or make a stop to visit family (or any personal reason) between the visa stamping and US arrival. The only hitch I could think of is any questioning about your travel after getting the US security clearances.. maybe don't travel to a T-country, eh?
