Hi all

Is there an immigartion website for the USA where you csan get working holiday visas like you can for Australia?

Yes there is - just google BUNAC, they do working holiday visas for people aged up to 30, and the US is among their destinations.

Not really, they do educational exchange programs. Unless they changed it, if you aren't at university or have just graduated you need to be going to do some sort of work experience program that has a clearly, pre-approved training, not a working holiday. If you are a student then you can get a limited time visa (3-4 months generally) for any job. It may have changed recently but that was my experience with BUNAC.

It may well have changed then as they certainly accept non-students on at least one of their programs (Summer Camp USA). And obviously, the OP may well be a student so could be eligible for any of their programs.

J-1 visa is the only option. There are restrictions though.
