travel with b1 while processing k1?
I am in need of surgery and was referred to a New York specialist.
I have a tourist visa with multiple entries good for 10 years, but am also currently processing an I-129-F application for a fiancee visa through the Vermont Service Center since March.
I have not yet been approved, but my surgery has to be done immediately.
Can I travel to New York and back to Mexico on my tourist visa without jeopardising my chances for the K1 approval? I will bring letters from employer, from doctors, I will do anything to prove I'm coming back and not marrying sweetie.
If this newsgroup is not the right addressee, who should I ask?
I am terrified of going there only to get turned away at POE, therefore having strained my health over the long trip, ruining my chances of getting the medical attention I need, plus also jeopardising my k1 process.
