I am wondering if somebody knows a website where one could check
processing dates and times of other peolpe in a similar immigrational
situation, which would include a given processing center,form, receipt
date, etc. ?

Not sure how up-to-date it is, but try www.k1k3.com. Also, try searching on www.visajourney.com, I think they keep a timeline over on that site. There's also one that someone named "tenni" on here keeps up, but I don't have the link name. It's something mediabrew.com.
