Trace on Pending AOS

Trace on Pending AOS
I phoned the help line at the USCIS to find out what was happening to Green Card as i have been pending over 18 months now. They told me they where going to do a trace on my application. Which takes 45 days.
It is over the 45 days now and i still have not heard a word. If i go for a Info Pass Interview all they say you are Pending. I have Reference number which they gave me. Would you contact them or wait a bit longer.

I am not doing anything. However, YOU might want to make that InfoPass. I assume you also have the "A" number and the original filing number.
