Default Timing TSC: NOA for I-751?

We are trying to juggle timelines for multiple things and are becoming a bit worried.

My husband (entered on a K-1) received a seat at a scientific synposium in the Netherlands which will have us leaving mid May.

He is in line to lift the conditions on his card, at the earliest date of March 10th. His current expiration on his I-551 is June 10th.

His passport is Indian and to visit the Netherlands he will need to obtain a visa. The Embassy requires that your papers be valid for 3 months beyond your visit.

This timing will be splitting hairs.

It will depend on how long the NOA takes to arrive from the service center?
Does anyone know what the timing is for NOA's on the 751's coming from Texas?

See my timeline. The NOA was sent out the day my petition arrived. I think I had it within 12 days.

I dont think that Netherlands cares if he has valid I-551 at all, they
may require that your passport is valit at least 3 months (and I think
most countries that require visa do so).
