***Our I129f time line is:

05/09/2002-Chris sent in the petition
05/10/2002-we got 1NOA
05/11/2002-Chris called and heard the aprouval message YAHOOO!!!....114 day of
waiting and waiting....but its worth it
05/12/2002-we got 2NOA in the mail ...now its oficial....

***For completing the I-129f Chris ordered on line " THE COMPLETE DO IT YOURSELF
IMMIGRATION KIT-HOT TO APPLY AND OBTAIN THE K1-FIANCE VISA".....published by American
Immigration Network Inc.,110 Wall Street,21st Floor,New York,NY
10005,website:www.usavisanow.com.email:info@usavis anow.com

This book was a real help for us,I adise thouse who are at the begining of this road
to ordered and folow exactly the instructions.

***Our I-129f Petition containes:

- 4 pics of me and 4 of Chris( the ones required by the INS) in an envelope and each
photo having our name on the back of it( his pics didnt had the exactly right angle
they asked but seems that this wasnt a problem )
- the cover letter
- I-129f form
- relationship letters from each of us signed and dated in original
- G-325A form( biographic information) for each of us signed and dated in original
- prooves of our relationship:-a dozen of photos of us together
-copy of his fly ticket since he visited me in Romania and of the boarding
stamp in his passport -phone bills
-copies of receipts showing that he supported me all this time( Western
Union ofcourse)
- ER-750 form signed and dated by Chris( saying that "Copies of documents submitted
are exactly photocopies of unalterated documents......")
- 1 copy of his birth certificate and 1 copy of his passport

***Chris sent me a copy of the Petition and also the Affidatvit of Support to have it
for my interview .Now that we got the aprouval in the mail ,we hope that things will
go faster .Chris will open a provisional case file for me faxing to the embassy in
Bucharest the Notice of Aprouval ,the G-325A Form for me and my current adress and
phone number( I believe thats all he has to send...we will check on that).And then we
will wait for the Packet 3 to arrive.

Congrats on the approval... but sheesh...114 days to wait before petition approval? Sounds like you went thru Nebraska Service Center. I hope they begin to speed up a bit.. I have to deal with them soon!

05/12/2002 we got the aprouval in the mail... we filed in may and got the aprouval in
september...so ya that was a long time.....114 days....you can count them if
you dont believe me...lol

YES WE WENT THRU NEBRASKA AND FOR K1 VISA. AND DON...FROM WHERE DID YOU GOT ALL
THOUSE NUMBERS?LOOK AT MY POST AGAIN WE FILED IN MAY 1NOA ON 13 MAY AND WE GOT THE
2NOA ON 3 SEPTEMBER.SO THERE....114 DAYS

I think possibly one of you is using the mm/dd/yyyy format and the other is using
dd/mm/yyyy...
