Is there any advantage to filing DV-2003 early?
If the time which you get an interview is based upon your Case Number, then is
there any point to filing your DS-230 and other applications with the Kentucky
Consular Center now, as opposed to say, July or August? My number is AS 3XXX
(Asia), and I'm expecting to get my interview around December, but right now I'm in
the midst of moving, so I'm thinking of holding my applications back until I've
moved to my new home.
Is this wise?

DV-man, I dont see a problem at all. Move before the summer and then send in your
paperwork. If Im not mistaken your case # is low (for Asia, 3XXX is low, I THINK,
please double check on that) which is always an advantage...
good luck
