ThankS Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went back to the court house and the clerk still said NO.
So we were sent to see the judge again,We had to wait for two hours before we could see him as he had a trial in process.
When we did get to see him,He let me explain everything to him,I even showed him Petef's Divorce papers from this NG and explained that he had no problem getting a marriage license.I even went as far as saying Robclews got his in Baltimore,Same state Maryland.
Well he called the British Embassy and they told him it was a legal Document and that we did not have signatures on it.
He said he was sorry but he had never in the 9 years ever married a foreign national before.
So he said we can have a license but we have to go back tomorrow to pick it up as the clerk had gone home!!!!!!!
Just our luck..LOL.

All joking aside thats why he called the Embassy,He couldn't understand why the same state would except it....LOL
Wanted to tell him to open his eyes and see it for what it was but didn't want to piss him off...LOL.
