Hello
May be someone can help me, I am waiting for the K3 Visa.
The Affidavit of Support from my husband is not enough, so I got an co-sponsor.
My Question know is I got the Bank statement, Employment-letter and a letter about her property from the co-sponsor. Somehow she does not want to give her Tax Returns.
Do I need them or are the other documents enough?
She proofed more then enough on the affidavit and is over the 125%.
Thanks for any help.

Well, I have to bring them to the Interview here in Germany.
I don´t know where your husband is!
When he is in his home country then he has to bring the papers to the consulate.
I hope I could help you.
Good luck!!!

You will need a copy of her tax returns for the AOS interview. If she still will not give them to you, you may need to find another sponsor who will lwt you have a copy of their returns.

Okay, but do I have to bring them to the Interview here in my home country?
because when I recieved the packet 3 they gave 5 different choises what you could bring, Bankstatement and and...
They said you have to bring at least 2 different ones.
But not really which ones.
I am a little bit confused because on the paper from the consulate they tell you this and when you read about it in the internat they tell you that.
I hope you could help me, and thanks a lot.
