Hey Genius,
I was not mad, OR angry, I laughed when writing the reply... I just
thought it was useless for you to reply that first time when you did not
have a focused, or accurate answer, and obviously you had NO vision of
reasons the IRS does allow deductions, that are not quite so black+white..
many times there are angles to apply You spoke about rights of citizens
Vs. those who are not.. I am not foreign, and that made your whole response
not apply...

There is nothing to do with subservient.. you mentioned that... must be
something you find of interest

you were bragging that ONLY tax payers WOULD have a right to expect
deductions, I know that is true.. so her residency does not (or did)
matter.. it's that simple..

I was not mad, and still am not.. just wanted to treat you like the
"know-it-all" reply you posted... If you speak down to someone and don't
have an answer that sounds knowleageable, that means you have 2 strikes...

Take care, and no harm intended, just wanted to give you crow.

l8r,
BR

"Hey Moron"

"You some kind of Redneck, Commie or something ???"

"some snobs online need someone to put down to elevate their egos... not me.... if you need to speak down to me to feed your desire for self-worth.. have a blast... but I assure you that abusive is not possible in my home.. I am neither a redneck or a commie... hahahahhha !!! go eat-crow-shit dude !!! you asked for it..."

Excuse me?? No harm intended? What exactly was your purpose for spewing the way you did? (Did I mention that you also completely contradicted yourself here??)

"So you think I should have to pay double-taxation... I pay the INS's sallary already by my taxes... This would be a classic example of double taxation if I need to pay twice, and can not deduct it....."

You pay double taxation all the time, sometimes even more than double. You pay federal income tax and state income tax. Some people even pay a city tax on top of that. You cannot deduct your state income taxes from your federal income taxes, or vice-versa.

In any case, paying INS fees is not taxation. You are paying for a service -- regardless of how slow and inefficient that service is, it's the only one available. You don't deduct the fees you pay to renew your driver's license or license plates, do you? Yet that is money paid to your state in addition to your state income tax. Similarly, the money you pay for various INS forms and applications goes to the federal government in addition to your federal income tax.

Save your hostility for someone else. Or, better yet, don't use it at all. I just thought I'd put in my two cents, even though I know you'll disagree.

Jenny,
Not hostility, just that those know it alls, which I responded to... They
don't know but a part of what they pretended they did, so I showed them.....
If someone can't answer a posted question without sarcasm, they should shut
up and sit on the sidelines, and learn... Or they should just ENJOY the
crow they will get back... They really do get what they deserve... hhahahh
!!! It's that simple.. The one guy thought he was some tax expert, wanted
to put me down, he actually thought I was a Foreign person, I have no clue
why he ASSumed that... He does not know his asshole from a hole in the
ground.. I take it you like him, or support him, well that is just
wonderful for you, two peas in a pod (good for you !!!)

I hope you don't dress up in masquarade clothes, or wear falsies, you have
to get REAL... Your good friends really like to pretend they are
smart..... Ya know... people who pretend to be what they are not, get me
pretty sick, so I vomit right back on 'em... They don't anger me, it just
disgust me that a human is such a waste..

l8r woman,
BR
