Default Tax forms for interview.

What Tax forms do they ask of you in the AOS interview? Would the W-2 forms
suffice or do we need to furnish the actual returns?

My previous tax returns doesn't include my wife, since we only got married
this year.

So I'm not sure if I even need to show any tax returns, W-2?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

You need the federal returns for the last three years and the W-2s that go with them. They are to show that you can support your wife, it doesn't matter that she is not on them.

What did you send in with your I-130/I-864?

JubJub,

Thanks for your input.

I haven't submitted the forms yet. I am in the process of putting it all
together...That did bring me to my next question of the I-864. This form
should be filled by my spouse, but she doesn't meet the minimum, is that
going to cause a problem? or should my income be also taken into
consideration? Im confused about the affidavit of support forms.....

OK, so your wife is the USC? If she doesn't make the minimum, you will need a co-sponsor. I believe you can include your income but you would need to have lived with your wife for 6 months before the I864 is filed, and prove that your income would continue once you gained residence in the USA.
