So I sent my forms in today and have my medical booked for tomorrow afternoon

Seems to be moving a lot faster now then when we had just submitted the I-129F petition

Doctor said all seemed fine but will let me know if anything concerning from blood test

Now just need to wait on an interview date, any ideas when to expect?

Can you be more specific? Do you mean what to expect at the actual interview? Or what kind of time frame to expect?

Sorry Noorah I meant time frame, I have done all the reading on what to expect at the interview.

I believe they won't book an interview until your medical results are received at the embassy, so give that a couple/few weeks to happen. They will probably set an interview date 4 to 6 weeks ahead.

The Doctor said results should be passed on to the embassy for Thursday so hopefully by the of the week.

If I do get an interview for say 6 weeks ahead is there a way of getting an earlier interview date/wait list of some sort?

That's when your results might get to the embassy. But it might still take some time for the results to get logged into their system and generate an interview date.

Yes, you can email them and ask for an earlier date. Whether they will comply or not...they may or may not...but you can certainly ask.

You guys were right

Called the operator to pay the fee and they did not seem to have any record of anything. No medical results or any of my application paperwork.

Guess it is sitting in pile

I recently took redundancy but I guess I better look for a job if this still going to be a couple of months

1- Passport
2-Letter of intent
3- I-134, Letter from employer, Letter from Bank, Shares statement
4-Police cert & copy
5- Birth cert & copy

Copy of RFE that was sent Vermont

So I had sent the forms in before hand as requested to do so, will I need to take another copy of these? 2 pictures were submitted with forms, take another 2?

I have plane tickets/boarding passes with pics taken on the trip after we submitted rfe. Will these be ok as proof of ongoing relationship?

Got the 2 new US passport pics done but you dont think there is a need to take the application forms that I have already submitted?.

Yes.

If you have them, and you feel better bringing them, you can do so. If you don't have them handy, I wouldn't worry about it.
