We had our AOS final interview the end of May in Los Angeles. We were told that the
green card would come "between 3 weeks and TEN MONTHS from now". Well, a "welcome
letter" ("Notice of Action" came yesterday, saying that the green card would arrive
by mail within 3 weeks! YAY!

P.S. Our original application for AOS was about the end of July, 01 in case you
all want to know the timeline... that's about 10 months... Of course, your
mileage may vary!
