I'm back with more money questions.
My fiance and I will be renting off her mother for the AOS period to save
the change of Address and they will be our supporters.
I know you need to make over 125% of the poverty level (about $15,000 a
year) but is that for just two people or does the amount poverty level go up
with the more people living in the same house?
If so, how much is the poverty level with 5 people in the same house?
Thanks

Tony -
Here is a link to the poverty levels and yes - the figure does go up with
each additional child -
http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/02poverty.htm
so 125% for a household of five would be roughly $26,500
I think.

Ahh fantastic.
So an income of $40,000 for a household of 5 would be ok.
What documents are needed from the supporter (soon to be mom in-law) to
porove they make over the 125% poverty level? Just so i know what to get
copied to save time when immigration ask for it.
Thanks Sean.
I'll be back with more questions soon![Wink](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Tony -
She will need to fill out a I-134 form fully as will your fiance.
You will - I believe - have to get both of them to fill out that form ( 2
forms in total ) - that includes statements from employers, banks and tax
records.
Hope this helps..

Thanks once again Sean
Are these forms downloadable off the net?
Basically I'd idealy love all forms and evidence to be filled out and ready
when Immigration ask for them.
Save as much time as possible.
Thanks once again - your a saint!!
