The Birth Cert. copy that you have is enough. The INS adjustment of
status application is more concerned with your marriage cert.

Your wife was already approved for her visit , so that hurdle is
complete.

The rest is easy.

Well, it sounds to me like the one her mom sent you is the correct
birth certificate for the AOS. The "House Registration" is useful for
the K-1 interview, but not really needed for the AOS. Don't worry
about the fact that it doesn't look very "official". My wife's birth
certificate has no seal or special stamp. The only thing it does have
is a signature from the local amphur to certify it. Is there anything
like this near the bottom of your wife's birth certificate? Also,
you'll need it translated for the AOS. If you find out this isn't her
"official" birth certificate, her mom will need to go to the amphur in
the province she was born in (the same place they originally got the
house registration from). Good luck with it.
