Today is day 99 of a 60-90 day wait.

I called the 800 number, and they said "call back in 30 days". In
January, when I saw most approvals are in 75-80 days, I was so excited
thinking it would be approved any day. But noooooo here we are on the
brink of day 100 and nothing.I am just needing to vent and whine a
little. I try to be happy for all those approved fast.....but hey
MSC....ITS OUR TURN! Anybody else experiencing a hard time getting out
of MSC?

I'm not in your situation yet (although I will be in around 8 weeks' time), so it's enlightening to see that the estimated days is 60-90.

I can't help on your situation, but hopefully someone else can help out.

Hey Jq!!!!!!!

I feel your pain..............same boat.....and my NOA #1 is Nov 6th. Was fooling around with receipt numbers around my receipt # and I discovered a disturbing trend. Loads of NOA #1 for same date not approved. I think our officer must have been off on holidays!!! One good note I noticed one approved today (100 numbers prior to mine)
